FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Police say an armed man was arrested Thursday after a virtually five-hour standoff with police that began when he barricaded himself inside a Fargo motel room.
Authorities stated the 59-year-old Moorhead, Minnesota man was armed with a knife. Different visitors on the motel have been evacuated and the Crimson River Valley SWAT crew was referred to as to assist police throughout negotiations.
The person is going through costs of terrorizing, stopping arrest and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was additionally wished on two unrelated warrants.
No accidents have been reported.
